I have an 87 Mazda B2000 that has recently begun to make a whining hum when it is cranked up. It sounds like an electrical component noise to me, like an alternator noise or starter. This noise began after I used the truck to make a very short move that required a lot of start-ups and shut-offs. The belts seem okay but are not new. Where do I start? Thanks for your help!
