Help! 1994 Mazda MX-3 V6

Help anyone!
the catalytic converter and the exhaust pipe very hot (red)
the engine service light on
the engine stalled when I release my foot from the gas padle. ( the engine stop when I remove my foot from the gas padle)
The car seem like has no power, moving slowly and heavily and is seem like the engine has no power to go
does anyone know and can help me out

I am having the same problem. Did you find out how to fix this???

It sounds like it's time to have the catalytic convertor replaced. You can try to punch it out until you get a new one.
