Heater and A/c no working.

Blower power works fine.

The problem is that blower motor not getting any power.

This for a 88 mazda mx6. I was told its the relay.
Were is the relay located.

My question is has anyone experiences this kind problem. What was your resolution?

I just fixed a similar problem on my 1991 626LX. Turns out it wasn't the relay but the resisitor block for the blower motor. This is located in the blower housing. On mine, two of the resistors had cooked and caused an open circuit. As a result the forst two setting of the fan didn't work and the A/c didn't work. It's worth a look.
