You will probably have to look in a manual. If it is of any help, the belt backside runs on the two smooth pullies, and as I recall the belt gets reasonably close to itself as it passes between the pulleys. There are TWO things that you MUST line up before the belt goes on ... the camshaft gear pulley and the crankshaft gear pulley. If you are UNSURE about this - go to a library or buy a reference manual AND LOOK IT UP. It is real easy, but it HAS to be perfect. As I recall, the keyway is up on the crank, and the little pointer beside the number 1 is up on the cam, but go LOOK it up yourself. You should set the tensioner pulley to the maximum LOOSE position (pull it away from the spring anchor to the max and snug it down in that position). You will have to work a little to get the new belt on - it's tight because it's NEW. Good luck, eh! (eh being a Canadian expression)
