mazda 929 1992 won't start

MY 929 WON'T START . THE STARTER IS ENGAGING BUT IT DOESNT SEEM LIKE IT IS GETTING ANY FUEL. I CANT EVEN FIND THE FUEL FILTER TO SEE IF THAT IS THE PROBLEM . IS THIS WERE I SHOULD START ? IF SO WERE IS THAT SUCKER AT help......
