My check engine light came on at 130000 Km's. How do I reset it?

The Malfunction Indicator Light will come on at specified intervals, and a wire needs to be switched to make it go out until the next. There is a plug-in connection on driver's side (look up from below), at the outer edge of the instrument panel, and a non-used terminal. Switch the wire over to the non-used terminal. It's not easy to find, must get your head low and look upwards, almost to the driver's door.
