2.0l Block With The 2.2l Head

i have are mazda fe 2.0l sohc and are mazda fe2 2.2 sohc. If i use the 2.0L block with the 2.2L head and i use the intake and exhaust manifold off the 2.2l this way this engine has a shorter stoke 86x86 rather than 86x92 will that upped the compression to about 10:1? what hp will it be

The only difference between the 2.0 and 2.2 heads is the rocker arm assy.
The 2.0 has ajustable rockers, the 2.2 has hydraulic lifters in the rockers. You also have to use a 2.2 head gasket, otherwise you'll starve the rockers for oil. Unless you have a set of 2.2 rockers that you know are trouble free, I'd stick with the 2.0!!! Trust me on this one... took me 4 months and plenty of $$$ to get it worked out.
