93 b2200 - Coolant "pour it in and it pours out by the crank"

Coolant "pour it in and it pours out by the crank" is this a terminal problem? I have alot of miles on my truck and my mechanic moved out of state. I do not want to waste the $'s to tow it to the garage just for them to tell me to junk it..... any help!!!!

If there isn't any coolant in your oil, I'd check your freeze plugs, but most likely you'll find the problem when you check your waterpump.

Also sounds like water pump to me; change your timing belt while you're in there as well unless it's very new.
