Help, I have a 2000 Mazda Millenia with 56,000 miles I just changed out the Right Exhaust Maniford due to a Converter failure. With new exhaust manifold in place I did a test drive new manifold was glowing red?

Do not drive it any more. Tow it in for service ASAP. Your car has severe misfire. It will kill another cat convertor(s) after a few time driving like that.
