1997 Mazda Millenia MIL ...help request

I (actually my BIL) have a 1997 Mazda Millenia S (2.3L V6) that's giving me the following codes:

0170 Fuel Trim (Bank 1)
0173 Fuel Trim (Bank 2)
0420 Catalyst System effieciency low (bank 1)
0430 Catalyst System effieciency low (bank 2)

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
