Hi, I just got an 87 Mazda 323 and the high idle on start up is way to fast about 3200 rpms . Is there a way to turn it down ? Any help would be great.

Carb or injected? There are linkage adjustments to set the speed if it has a carb, but the first thing to do would be to clean everything that moves with a non residue cleaner. Use no oil, as it's a dirt magnet.
