94 mazda 323 good car or not<fuel mileage>?

hi i am thinking of buying a 94 mazda 323<101 000 km's> w/4 spd automatic.
Q1 what type of fuel milage<mpg> could i expect for city/highway driving?

Q2 are they known to be good lil cars,or are they plagued w/problems?

They're good cars -- certainly a lot better than many brands out there, and pretty troublefree if you follow Mazda's recommended maintenance schedule. Gas mileage will depend a lot on how you drive, but if you don't drive with a leadfoot you can expect about 25 or so around town and 35 on the highway.
