Stalling, running hot, and cutting off

I have a 93 Mazda Protege that recently started running hot. The radiator is fairly new, I had the thermostat replaced, the fans are working, the head gasket was checked to see if it had blown, and there are no leaks. But the car is still running hot. Does anyone have any ideas on what is causing this?

Tell us about the stalling and cutting off symptoms and whether they coincided with the car starting to run hot. Also, how hot is it running?

Have your water pump checked out. Mine was doing the same thing, mechanic said it was the radiator, so I replaced the radiator. Then the water pump went out.
