hey guys recently my car has been chugging back and fourth when accelerating from a stop. and right before i change gears... my check engine light has been on. the knock sensor, circuit one. i was wondering if you could tell me if thats why its bucking like that.. and if so.. could you tell me where the knock sensor is located and what it looks like.. thanks..

What year and model car? On my 99 Mazda 626 V6 the knock sensor is located below the intake manifold, it looks like a large oil pressure sending unit.
