Hi everyone
The problem I am experiencing is when I start the car from cold and use the indicators when driving I get strange behaviour where the signal lights on the dash turn on (such as cruise control, double indicators, highbeams) yet this does not effect the outside of the car.
i.e if I turn left, the left signal lights comes on outside normally but on the dash I will see double indicators, high beam indicator, cruise control but non of them will be operating.
I recently had my automatic overhauled when this problem occured and the people who changed my automatic do not take responsibility for it saying it is an electrical fault.
I took it to an auto electrian and he said it may be an alternator, but I would like a second opinion before I spend more money on the car.
