| I would like to install my Mazda 1988 2.2 litre engine into a 1992 Protege that has a 1.8 litre in it.
Will this fit? The 1988 is Auto and the 1992 is Stnd!

Can't do it without a lot more work than is warranted for the benefits obtained. Why not investigate juicing up the 1.8?
