some evenings i go out in the car i turn on my lights and the dashboard gets very dim, i dont mean a little... you can hardly read anything on it, also the temp gage lights are all dim. If you try to click dowm a notch on the light stalk so you are just on side lights they will not come on and the flip up lights go down...... this happens quite often.... another time they will be fine... HELP PLEASE
