radiator blows antifreeze - out
I have a 95 mazda millenia.
I changed the radiator.
I filled it with antifreeze 50/50
I let it run, top it off, let it run, top it off etc...
After a few days with no problem, all the
antifreeze blows out the radiators' over flow.
Why? Help!

Somehow your coolant system is getting pressurized. It could be the head gasket. One night this summer I was comming home and blew a freeze plug out of my truck. It was like Apollo 13, *boom, thud, swissssshhh* Well come to find out a few of the head bolts came slightly untorqued and pressure from no. 2 cylinder was getting into the cooling passages, I put a new head gasket on and that solved most of the problem. But for some reason I do not understand the rest of the problem didn't go away until I replaced the cam and rocker arms. I would guess its somewhere in the head gasket.

You didnt tighten your radiator cap all the way... engine couldnt build pressure. It got hot, and over flowed.

simple replace ur cap, the seal on the cap must be old what happens is u canot get the perssure build up in the cooling system so it runs back into the overflow this is what happens when u stop ur car the cooling system must cool down thus runs back into the overflow..
