a messaege from the gestapo

On Friday, I posted a response to a thread that was solely intended to cause unrest and discontent within the dressing room. Minutes later, I'm accused of "abusing my position"! Well, the rest is history, I threw my rattle out of the pram and deleted the thread!
After reading the Patter today, frankly "I don't give a damn!" So here goes.... again!

Can you not see that there is a campaign being waged through Patter by supposed pro-Evans supporters that in the space of a few days have resulted in banners in the car park when the team bus returns and Neil Thompson being battered on Patter when he's lost a couple of games (and to two top teams at that!)... that is DISGRACEFUL! OK, we are not playing that well but cast your mind back, was our start to Conference football any better a couple of years ago.

The people who have started this vindictive campaign remain nameless. During the summer, supporters from another club did likewise and with no disrespect to them, they were very successful in their aims. The detractors on Patter at this moment in time are not Dagenham supporters, given their in depth knowledge of our Club, they must be people close to the Club itself! Can they really call themselves, "Boston United supporters", I think not!

They do not have the best interests of our Club at heart. What they are doing through Patter is to stir up a frenzy that even Dr. Goebbels and his disciples would have been proud of. These people only have their own interests and agenda, the good of Boston United does not come into it.

At this point in time, we all need to pull together. We have three home games in a week. Cardiff is in the lap of the gods, it's a Cup game but Oxford and Swansea are League games with precious points to play for. We need to take at least four points out of six from those two games! Our cause isn't going to be helped by demonstrating to all and sundry that we're falling out between ourselves nad not backing the Neil and the lads.

Put it simply, a well-known ChIMPS, sorry....Lincoln supporter was laughing his balls off at our expense when Andrew Malkinson and I were playing golf this morning. Two weeks ago, he couldn't look us straight in the face!
