I am sure it is an offence to tap up a player under contract to a club without permission from that club.

Well Ken Admitted on sky (I've still got it an video from the dag V Boston game)
That he knew where he was going before asking for a transfer.
eg. Dagenham had persuaded him to join them. And he was in contract to Boston at the time and I put my mortgage on the fact Steve Evans would give one of his star strikers at the time permission to talk to our nearest rivals !!!!!
Maybe This fact has been forgotten about by these people seeking justice. With Kenny We Would of been champs by Feb I've no doubt of that !!!!!
