I agree that there needs to be some kind of rebellion against the government, but the fewer hands that guide that rebellion, the greater the likelihood of corruption taking hold even in the rebel leaders.
Also, new laws are definitely NOT the answer to our problems. Has it escaped you that we don't even enforce the laws we have and every time you make a new law to deal with corruption, the pollies find looholes around that law. There will never be a lack of loopholes. The only way that a society starts to live according to the rule of law is when the majority see that this is the best road to a stable, productive society, such that fewer members of the society will try to spiv their way around the law.
