CJ THIEF

my assertion that the CJ should have appointed qualified, capable and experienced local jurist who are available in Png whom can easily sit on GC tribunal is very clear evidence of this topic, this also leads on to the CJ's special interest in the ESP Govt special reference case, WHY can't the CJ disqualify himself in this case??? when the CJ had an allegation of BIAS, afterall he is the CJ and will still be the CJ after the case is ended, the current CJ does not own this office, this CJ's office belongs to the people of PNG.
