Either way, our last 2 leaders have set a fine example, teaching us not to follow the law, but either ignore it or change it retroactive to an earlier date so that your earlier law breaking is no longer breaking any law.

It is a step by step progression in the loss of any control over our pollies, Somare's step was the essential first one, then O'Neill followed through with a much needed refinement.

Next step is just to do away with the constitution and our leaders impose martial law or whatever they want to keep us under control (which isn't hard anyway) while they do exactly what they want to make themselves rich rich RICH!!!!!!!!!
