According to the report on Post Courier dated 14/06/2012. Since independence in 1975 O'Namah government is no nearer and is directly in control of PNG disaplinary forces. This government of O'Namah have use excessive force in the country's 2012 general election compared with other previous governments. Papau New Guinea disaplinary forces are now more becoming like a politician private security company than a democretic force protecting the nation. PAPUA NEW GUINEA POLICE AND ARMY IS NOW SEEN AS A WEAKEST AND UNDISAPLINE FORCE IN THE THE WORLD!!!

PAPUA New Guineas 2012 General Elections is currently being conducted under the Marshall Law and people of PNG are now living under the same law.
This is from one of PNGs longest serving lawyers, former President of the PNG Law Society and executive of many elite organisations Kerenge Kua.
Mr Kua in an interview in Kundiawa told the Post- Courier that PNG was being run under Marshall law, which was a very dangerous trend for the country which is supposed to enjoy democracy which is instilled in the Constitution.
I am simply talking about people living under dictatorship, Mr Kua said. Right now, we are living under the Marshall Law and this election is undertaken by the Marshall Law.
This election is conducted under Marshall Law which is simply dictatorship. I say this because this is the Government thats been installed and propped up by the barrel of a gun. Its leaders are being escorted throughout the country under heavy security forces heavily armed, its happening, he said.
The ONeill Namah regime brought considerable shame from and to the citizens under the barrel of a gun in this country and is now evidently seen by the people in PNG and overseas.
Papua New Guineans abroad no longer hold their head high as Papua New Guineans and I can tell you that theres not much difference by the ONeill Namah regime and Bainimarama in Fiji.
The behaviour of the ONeill Namah faction in my observation is that they continue to indulge and engage in activities that are enforced by the barrel of the gun. This election is dealt with-financial in return, millions of kina in cash without shame are handed out and in broad daylight.
My solution for all of this is that once this election is completed, a government must be called to be formed without the use of disciplinary forces, Kua stressed
