I reckon the first thing to do is to burn them out of PNG, shops and all. Send all the chinese packing. Threaten them and frighten them right out of png.

That wont stop the goods from still coming in but at least we show the chinese that we mean bisnis and in fact are getting really fed up. one step at a time.
