      Is there a political phrase or name to a "no longer working democracy" ???

      We are adopting a system of Governance used by other other countries which has been developed "over-time" and prove to be successful. Traditionaly, we have a "unwritten" system of governance that was able to sustain our needs and wants.

      Currently this two systems are at logger-heads which result in a "bastard" system being developing here in PNG.

      There is no ready made solutions avaliable, because there is no country in the world who has the similar traditional background as PNG and who was able to rise above these "clashes".
