      Not from that part of the country, so i can't say much about development in East Sepik but let me say this, Somare must have something going for him. Like Liosi, both have something we (Somare hugger and Size 28) may not see but the 'silent majority' does and they put us on notice time and time again with their votes.

      Anyway your entitle to your own opinion.
