      Indeed, there has been many rumours that Somare is unhappy that Powes is in control of the NCDC. It makes Somare's life potentially difficult which he doesn't want.

      On the other hand, what did Powes Parkop actually do as a Defence reserve to earn paycheques? Is this just another way to make free money?
