We are not asking for handouts what we are asking for is assistance in helping OUR PEOPLE develop skills / knowledge to better their standard of living, so they too may have running water / power / telephone / homes / healthcare / vehicles / boats etc.. the basic's that you take for granted, is that too much too ask ????
