I beg to differ here and I agree with mangimasta in his logic. After more than 34 yrs of so called independence, what have we achieved through the democratic processes to evolve for the better our existing systems in institutions of government. Our current systems have systematically failed in improving the basic life of ordinary papua new guineans.

Current systems may work well for the developed nations who are already stable or in developing countries who have corruption and other law and order issues under control.

Which other ways are there that can enable a politics-free evolution of our democratic institutions with positive outcomes that are beneficial, progressive and sustainable to our peoples except through regime change, violently if necessary.
