Yes, I agree but the point is maturity. Youth is defined as persons between the ages of 14-24 years.
And our laws don't allow immature persons or persons under the age of 25 years to contest elections or enter Parliament.
In this matter, anybody can enter parliament but must be 25 yrs old or above. So you see, it would mean that youths (between 14 and 24 yrs) cannot because of their age and immaturity. Man, I hope you understand!....
