Parliament has amended legislation to effect legitimacy of ONeill as PM, ESP Seat is vacant. Old man cannot be PM because he is an ordinary citizen, does not have a seat in parliament. Thats the reality. Courts dont direct Parliament or vice versa, courts also dont advice GGs on what to do. GG only acts on advice from Parliament or NEC and no one else. If he does, he breaks the law too.
So for now, by law ONeill is PM. Lets stop this debate, its a clear cut thing here. Can we grow up and understand the law and functions of the arms of Govt.
