      *Sir Michael had been due to hold a press conference at government headquarters at Marauta Haus on Thursday morning but it was deferred until later in the afternoon and then cancelled without explanation.

      Sir Michael's daughter, Betha Somare, says the man known as the Grand Chief was never supposed to appear at a media event, despite a series of texts confirming his presence from government press officers.*****


      is he unfit to move arround / sick in bed / or what happen to GC Sir Micheal Somare? come on Somare advisers tell Somare to come out and adress the nation today and we will see him 'physical presence. Do not hide him like you did while he was on hospital bed in Singapore under going major operation.
      Because of that things went out of hand and whats transpiring today has eventuated from that. Come on take Somare out on the Media!!!!!!!!!!
