      There was a bunch of leacked info from Wikileaks about PNG recently and one of the "agents" for a CIA like firm said that PNGeans have a problem in not being proactive which is why we end up being dependent on all the foreigners. Waigani Rat, you're an example. You could have been proactive and told us what Chris Haiveta (as well as many other former pollies who are probably in bed with O'Neill right now) has been up to, but nooooooooo. Rather than share, inform, and educate, you sat on the information. You weren't proactive. You proved that 'spy' correct in their assessment of us.

      Please, I'm sure you have a lot of excellent info to share. Consider breaking the stereotype foreigners have of us as never proactively sharing information or being proactive at anything else. Consider doing things differently, for the benefit of PNG.
