It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm support Mr. Sandy Talita for the Enga Governorship post. I highly commend him for all his unflagging commitment he has taken towards putting his hand up to become the next Governor of Enga.
In a philosophical context, I view Mr. Talita through a special kind of lens: Socrates defined two types of love. The first was agape; the love we feel for wives, husbands, children, family and the second was caritas, the love we have for our country, society and those less fortunate. Almost all of us have experienced agape at one time or another, but to find caritas in an individual is rare. To find it in an organization is virtually unique. Mr. Talita has it in spades and he has demonstrated that on a timely basis.
As an ordinary Engan, I have observed his performance in the private and public sector to be well above doubt. I consider him to be one of the most studious and responsible leaders of modern time. He possess an exemplary character, thinks analytically, confident, and he’s quite enthusiastic towards his responsibilities and endeavors which inspires and motivates others.
His management skills are complimented with creativeness, inventive and astonishingly he is effective. He has distinguished himself as a conscientious and energetic pioneer in his career. His integrity displays a deep understanding of his business with consistency. Willingness to admit, ability to listen, and effective decision-making have been the pillars of his trade over the years. Thus he has earned enormous respect for deploying his invaluable management and leadership skills.
Mr. Talita’s skills, which are so apparent in his management, are equally impressive in our society. He is an eager and enthusiastic manager who is greatly admired by fellow Engans and others who know him. He leads management discussions and facilitates role-plays with great skills, and assists in the creation and execution of intended tasks. He is particularly gifted at identifying people's needs, encouraging their contributions, and involving them in planning processes. His commitment and passion for all his input is evident in his achievements.
Mr. Talita is like spiritual sandpaper, if Enga manages to put up with him without completely losing its sanity, Enga will be rewarded with a fine sense of serenity that only the most accomplished Zen Monks achieve!
