      And who is there 2 stop da invincible, lawless, shameless scoundrel?! If JMaladina can tel authorities to their face that it is his 'constitutional right' to bend the laws of this great & free country at nominations, then obviously, he has already taken into consideration the loopholes that he will escape thru in the court of disputed returns. People like Jimmy are a menace to good, law-abiding Milne Bayans... I'm saddened at how such people can afford to take advantage of our good nature. Jimmy need not display rude disregard of the law here in Alotau & corrupt one of the few decent peoples on our part of the world... How can he be our rep? He's not our kind!
