      I agree with you but it is unconstitutional in PNG and in most countries to prosecute anyone more than once using the same evidence.

      The evidence was presented and if the court mucked it up, they mucked up their only chance to put O'Neill and Maladina in prison for their NPF stealing.

      You better find something else to get him on but good luck. All pollies have learnt how to be smarter than the prosecutors in hiding evidence.
