In response to the SPY's note on Allan Bird, I have this to say. Your explanation does not give us Sepiks a good image of the quality of the Leader we would be looking for to replace Grand Chief. Anyone can easily become a businessman or woman. In Politics, money talks these days. We the people of East Sepik have suffered for too long and we need people with good leadership traits who have lived in the Province, understand the people's need and has the passion and heart for the people. Where was Allan all this time before the Vanilla boom which I must say majority of our people were fooled by, fales expectations that never sustained itself in business. It was a failed business strategy he introduced and fooled the people in. Is this the quality of leadership we need? What was he doing in Madang for the last 10 years? Has his business impacted the people of East Sepik?
