When somebody gets elected into Parliment for the first time is is as clean as white until he gets himself involve with the old wolfs spiving and dealing, so he becomes part of the Team the Corruption Team which is VERY VERY HARD to WEED. Now should all PNG agrees to rid all Politicians the 109 and put fresh blood into politics then we all should expect them to start fress & be corupt free.
For instance look at Sir Mekere, Wingti, Chan, Rabbie and Somare Snr. one way or the other they all have someting connecting themselves in corrupt deals therefore they cant point fingers to each other because somebody can uncover some corrupt deals of another or one fall and he ll drag everybody down with him.
Look at cayman island deal where PNG lost more then 300 million, the deal was done when Wingti was PM & Mekere was PNG Bank Bank Governor so where was the progress of the enquiry, it died a natural death.

There are many many more examples out there so PNG if we want good MPs then all have to go.

Em tasol ...may God save this Nation !!!
