What is Politics? Politics as an area of study is concerned with developing a knowledge and understanding of government and society. The interaction of people, ideas and institutions provides the focus for understanding how values are allocated and resources distributed. Thus analyses of who gets what, when, how, why and where are central, as are concepts of power, justice, order, conflict, legitimacy, accountability, obligation, sovereignty and decision-making. International Relations shares the concerns of Politics, but its focus is the regional and global arenas. As societies and governments get more complex, and knowledge becomes more specialized and technical, this type of power is increasingly appealing. It is further buttressed by an emphasis on governmental secrecy, generally in the name of national security. The appeal to expertise power, however, is not always used to support incumbents or the status quo. Effective leadership in challenging current conditions often comes from experts. Be an expertise to challenge the national politics rather than feeding you own stomach and expect your village leader to announce your name in Haus Tabraun. To my limit of understanding we need to elect someone who can play intellectual politics and influence the outside world. Though you are Uni graduate or has a title of higher education, it done not mean anything in politics, Politics is a field of its own and it deals with peoples development.
