Peter O'neil provided the weakest opposition leadership. Unable to keep the Goverment on their toes. Sorry to state that, but yes Oneil is a leader but a weak one. If folks like Okuk can drum up support to do drastic changes to the Goverment of PNG during their term, I see it baseless for people to say he will form the next Goverment.
