You really need to rephrase what you are trying to imply here.
Also could you give some depths to what your trying to say. Otherwise it will just be another unconstructive message on this board. Allowing people to post unconstructive comments. As we have noticed alot on PNGSCAPE boards.

Well back to the point here, I dont think there will be a by election because the eletrol Commision and government would not want to spend millions on running another election. Almost all the cases heard in court today are from the loosing candidates either sueing the winning candidates or sueing the eletrol commision for this and that. The judges are pretty sick of hearing this cases so they always either postpone or they will throw the cases out for lack of evidence. So there, to answer your question, dont hold your breathe cos the members will stay for the next five years.

Read it well, nut isnt it parable? Somthing to think and analysize parasite?
Behalf of Vagrants and Parasites
Threat others as humans, leaders to blame.
March 20 2008, 1:08 PM
The leader recieves critisiums, parasites, vagrants and homeless are voters and people with rights.
Do parasites have rights to vote for leaders and be critical about there performance of leaders in an democratic country?
I believe the leader will be prepared to take critisiums.. but not the little die hard supporters...
This die hard supporters are suckers of public funds, thieves in disguish. Hiding behain the certains of church activities. Praying like hippocrates and using the church of God to acquire wealth and resources, using bribery and dishonesty.
Some of them are filled with pride and boastful, they blow air into the chest and force them out. Maybe they spend are little toea in the election, in return they recieve lots; backim back and profits amounting 1000%, it's it corruption?
I take the above supporters are corrupt, uninformed, filled with pride, white collar thieves, acting christians without practising the moral ethics of christianity.
If you are a male female out there, reading this message... assess yourself. Find out the truth of yourself?
1. Are you corrupt?
2. Are you a devil in disguish? (Christian without practise).
3. Are you filled with pride?
4. Are you boastful? ( you are at the top of the human class)
5. Are you prepared to accept defeat and correction, during
internet debates? ( like the current issue)
So my friends..............................................
The leader of Mendi.. is no longer your brother, son, father, of THE PASTOR, future son -in-law, sex mate (lover)..
He decided to be a Leader, so was voted by PARASITES, VAGRANTS, HOMELESS, POOR, ENERMIES,... HE IS A SERVANT OF THE MENDI PEOPLE FOR THE FIVE YEARS.
So the leader will recieve critisiums... both good and bad..
It's the nature of political leaders...
THe arc-supporters should go to hell... pear brained bustards.
Let critics be.... that is the world.
For the Vagrants, Homeless, Parasites and what ever you call it.

It is political Forum isn't it?
April 10 2008, 2:55 PM
Apsie, people like you crazy suporters without brains. They tell you to jump into the lake. You will jump.
Do you really understand by politics and what it means for the Political Board.
People discuss issue, comparision of elected leaders of the past to present, review of their contributions in terms of infrastructure developments.
The arguement brought about so far is saying " which direction is Mendi Electorate heading for? Will the current MP do any better or worst?"
Now Apsie, you should best give ideas, strategies that the MP would use and bring some changes to you electorate. What are his plans, the short term and long term?
You believe in him for the delivery of service., why? This are issue you should be talking about. The challenger, is coming out with his/her points, you should best challenge him/her.
Remeber, God has plans for every body. if yo don't belivee, it makes no sense to you. The above, commented about Gods' servants turn politicans.
Becoming a political leader by a chirstian pastors and priests can be 'sin' or 'deliverance mechanism for God's people'. Lucifer wanted more power so he betrayed God's trust. On earth, parliament is where the earths power is
so as man we do not know for sure where our elected pastors and priest are unto God's call and to serve his purpose.
I leave you with this remarks, not hard feelings apsie

Bunpai, you are just talking out of sense because when people stood for election there is always a vision and mission to accomplish. There is always a vision and mission for a purpose because a man without vision will aways perish. Ps has only started and he has his plan in place where its a short term or long term, do you think he was stupid to stand for election? You couldnt have done better, he did his secondary like you, and of cos got a diploma so what? What category or checklist do you have against him. I know it is a politic board and you were the same guy who started it so go home and get ready for 2012 nogat " go mulip" will see you in 2012 also no hard feelings bai yu mekim wanew? Attention All
April 13 2008, 11:26 PM
Ladies and gentlement,
JEALOUSY HAS NO CURE! Everyone is attacking one another over a unconstructive and shallow post. Can you listen to yourselves?? Its really sad.
Change starts when each individual makes an effort to be the cange they want to see in thier villages/community and electorates.
If you want to properly criticise Mendi open MP or any other SHP MP, wait after 2 years or so, and see if general development is taking place or has taken place in your electorate. Serious discussions can then be deduced from there based on thier performance. If one is fast at attacking and deforming this Hon. Member of Parliament, one has every right to asssume that they are jealous or have some personal grudges against this leader of the Mendi Open people.
Ask youself; am I doing it out of jealousy? can I do a better job? or more importantly; how can I be the change I want to see in my electorate!!!
op
CAN YOU DO IT?
April 14 2008, 4:46 PM
lets say something like this; The Hon. Member for Mendi should make sure reconstruct the existing and deteriorating
infrastructure and new development of infrastructures, within the time frame.
Existing- Ungrade & reconstruct.
1. Lower Lai to Upper Lai road by the end 2009 starting
from Sumia to Kandep.
2. Mendi Rugby Field (Tente Oval) by the end of 2008, or
relocate elswhere.
3. Mendi- Upper Mendi - Mongol Secondary Road Seiling
by the end of 2008.
4. Mendi- Tambul Road by the end of 2010.
5. Mendi Bush Karinz road by the end 2012.
6. Electricity to Mongol Secondary by 2009
7. Mendi High School fulling oprational and equiped to
Secondary status by 2009. ( perhaps elavated to day
secondary)
8 Reopen and equip Mendi School of Nursing by the end of
2008.
9. Elavate and restructure, equip Mendi Hospital as a base
hospital by 2011.
10.Improve the Mendi Town Authority to deliver services to
town residence.
New Projects
1. Establish a proper and new township of Mendi Munio
District HQ in Karinz or Upper Mendi, or a central
and ecessable location to all by the end of 2011.
2. Water Supply System in Mendi by 2010
3. Fire Service by 2011
4. 1000 House $ Accomodations to be built by the end of
2011.
5. Eract Modern Buildings to replace all bush material
classrooms and teachers houses, and health centres in
the entire Districy by 2012.
6. Bring Power into Upper Mendi, Karinz and Lai Valley
7. Create Jobs for youths and educated elites, by the
introduction of farming industry and technolgy by 2011.
8. Others of vital and nessity to the people of Mendi
Munio.
These are the things we want the member to do, before the next election, in 2012. There are ways as a member he could do and make sure the above things are doing with the five year period.
If he can't, then, he lacks the know and who, when, how and why.. it would be a waste of anothe five years in the history of Mendi.
Instead of providing shallow arguements, provide basics for you MP to work on. All elite who are wasting time on the scape arguing should use you capability to advice, write project plans, proposals, seek fundings from donar agencies and assist your MP. Don't be fools and only wait for what MP will bring or give you.
I am not a supporter and I do not wish to waste my time with all of you. I provide you options and the way to go.... cheers

CAN YOU DO IT?
April 15 2008, 4:29 PM
Someone came up with something contructive by higlighting things the elected MP should have in Plan and start implementing as of Jan 2008 and ending 2011.
Response directly by annon, is too stupid and narrow minded, he or she does not consider MP of the elctorate is in the position to bring tangible infrastructure development to his electorate.
The leader should have the above points considered and aim to full fill all or 50% of them. That is the leader with vision and aim to do something for his people.
Yes, failure to perform will see or encourage other contenders during the 2012 Nation Elections. it is normal, there will be people who will think they can do better.
So, annon, keep trying to find a man who will do something for Mendi.
.. By the way the others commentators above only know how to argue. Post something contructive.

Guys! Guys! Guys!
Enough of all these critizing and defending the member for Mendi - Pst Issac Joseph. I shouldn't call him Pastor because firstly, one can not serve two masters and secondly he has gradually migrated into the world in search of a soulmate.
As for us Mendis, we have to wait and give him time to fix himself like find a soulmate which will make him a complete man. At the moment he is still searching high and low in the streets of POM city for his missing rib. He's tried a few but maybe not to his liking and he is out there still hunting. Asua em yupela makim yangpela man na trangu em nidim help na sapot bilong partner ya so thats why I say we Mendis have to wait a little more.
Yupela ol lain bilong member yupela wok long strongim sait na sapotim member em gutpela tasol be a bit more realistic in your comments na views. Noken putim tok nongut nambaut because that is showing the ailing status of your member. Respect the name Pastor because it has it's own significants but taim yupela start long tok nogut nambaut then you are making us think that the Pastor is ganging up with some devils and that is making us think otherwise of the name Pastor nau.
Development and Insfrastructure is not an immediate agenda of any elected member of Mendi. Michael Nali literally did nothing. At least William Ank did the Magani Bridge and some little ones so maybe most of the other things were done by the late Posu Ank and Mome. So you see the trend is in the current times members careless about development and insfrastructure. They want to satisfy their selfish desires. Eg.. Micheal Nali building mansions in Moresby and Issac Joseph roaming the streets looking for girls. These are all for their personal gains and not for any Mendis. People think they are smart and start using the name of the Almighty to gain power and access like Michael Nali out of the blue he realeased a gospel cassette and lurred the attention of the Mendis into thinking that he was a true christian man. What happened now he fell and will continue to fall very badly. Now the name Pastor has given that access to the new Member and how he uses this power will decide his fall or gain.
I believe most of your supporters of the current Memba are all christians so I would like to appeal that you all pray for him and he will deliver and not corrupt the divine plan of the Lord.
From what I have heard and witnessed on the streets of POM is not so comforting and before anything worse happens, let us all uphold him in our prayers and that the mighty plan of God will eventuate through him.
Again lest be fair in our comments.

Yes pastor can look into that, Souths businessman, Politicians and others should think of their respective home teams..

Funds set for power project
Member for Mendi Open Isaac Joseph handed a cheque of K60,000 to PNG Power in Mendi over the weekend for the first phase of his rural electrification development programme.
He said the first phase would be for the provision of electricity to upper Mendi while the second phase would be for the Mogol area .
He said it would cost almost K900,000 to bring electricity into his three LLG council areas and the release of the K60,000 from his discretionary funds for upper Mendi area marks the first phase to light up his rural areas.
He said the onus is now on the PNG Power to move materials and other necessary equipment to the project site to start working on the project.

Electrification program was in place in 2000, the program was shelved and funds frozen. The tradtional ethnic fighting in the region could not allow the project to eventuate.
A part of that program rollout during the term of former MP. This the phase 2 that should reach the secondary school several Kilometre towards Tambul, WHP.
Another major project was a K60m Water supply project in Mendi Town, this has been withdrawn, reasons due to political instablity and lawlessness in that township.

Have you contributed to the development of Mendi?
Is the Pastor cum MP feeding you and your family?
Are you on the pay roll?
Are you are a public relations office with the MP's office?
Are you the media office of the MPs Mendi electorate office ( if there is any)?
Incase you may be a simpleton, with ass filled mouth, been so defensive. It potrays the primitive attitude of those uneducated people. You can write and you are here, you must be educated so act like one.. be an ass.
But for the member, time will tell. It needs you to learn one or two things here and go tell you MP what to do. People who did not support the MP will put their comments here and you learn from that.

Look at the Post on April 14th by op
May 20 2008, 1:49 PM
I think that is the way things should be addressed. Apsie, now you are developing some sense...
You can't base on pride and perform poorly, by the end of the day, an elected MP should not ignore people or areas he never go any votes. They had other candidates. One former MP from the Imbongu Electorate put a project in an area where he got only 8 votes.
Advice your MP to win the hearts of the people who did not give him vote. Win the hearts of the communities that did not trust or have cinfident in him.
Put out constructive plans like " the post on April 14th 2008 ' Can You do it' talks about. Provide reports to the people of what he is doing, how he is going to do.
Advice him to call for the Mendi elites to help him formulate development strategies for the electorate.
Bear in mind that holding a public office as such makes a person stands out with scrunity.. Both positive and negative comments will come. theer will also be political propagandas... what do you expect..
I have choosen to be an opposition because I still do not believe, the MP would perform. There are many things that comes as components in politics than just winning the election. Yes, the people wanted him by giving him the majority votes..
He won the Mendi Politics,.. but there are more.. Inter- provincial politics, national politics.. international politics..
My fear is we may have sent a scholar in politics for the first five year. He may lack maturity and public service experience.
Saving souls is different from the reality. Saving souls is promising and strengthening faith.
Political Mission is the reality, you deliver what the people can see.
Lets hope he will prove worthy after all. Help him to build trust on the many who didn't vote him as first preferance.

YOUR SPENDING PLAN????
May 20 2008, 3:52 PM
From The National News
William Powi's words...
Southern Highlands planning priorities
SOUTHERN highlands provincial administrator, William Powi has instructed all provincial administrations to begin documenting their five-year district development plans (DDP).
He told them this was required under the Organic Law on Provincial and Local Level Government.
Mr Powi said the only way to assist the MPs fulfil their electoral obligations was through having a well defined DDP which was a prerequisite for the Office of Rural Development to release the K10 million for each districts.
He urged MPs from the province not to engage consultants to document the DDP as these consultants knew too little about the real issues, constrains and opportunities in the districts.
Poverty and poor infrastructure are a major concern for rural PNG despite the economy improving on the back of strong commodity prices.
The Somare Government has allocated K10 million to each districts in 2008 to improve services, but there are concerns about lack of capacity at that for such a large amount of money.
........national news paper 20th of May, 2008.
Every District is recieving K10 million... so as Mendi District. It is more than the EDF MPs receive..
Five times K10m will be K50 million.
Now the MP should produce a plan as suggested by the posts above. Evidence of documentation of money well spend, yo show honestly and avoid missue by MP and political cronies.
pastor Issac and Mendi Munio Administrator should come up with the plans. Eventhough it is not a big amount, but initial process of true development scope.
Apsie.. this is where you guys can prove your worth..

We are yet to see contructive plans for the future of the electorate. Nothing will change for the past to the present are all for the same pod.
Sure they can kick in parliament, but nothing comes back. Some are only empty shells making noise and don't know where to collect funds for development or they simply don't have development strategies.

I just saw the Pastor and Yvonne having dinner at the CROWN two days ago.....so whoever you are hoping that the relationship fails.....wake up..you are just dreaming.
You see, Pastor has to have a strategic plan for his personal life as well. He knows that the Mendi Open seat is not his father's 'umaku wini'so in the event that he does not get re-elected in 2012, at least he will have a guranteed income through his marriage to the Awesas. Further more, his kids will have a part in the Awesa's treasure chest....

@owimi...mate i got no problems at all, the thing is the awesas are all twisted..they can screw each others boys friend and girl friends..does that make sense to you..i wouldnt want that type of people around me because i got only one eye and dont have a eye at the back to monitor everytime, yu laikim trusted people around you..not that one with evil minds and dirty thoughts all the time, i dont see them with cash all the time, when daddy doesnt give them money they are very dry and poor..when daddy gives them money , yeah they got money..lol...would you want to live like that all your life...investment is there but bai kisim lonpela taim ya..sori tru..thats why in here(Pom) they dont no young friends to hand out with becuase they are insane...and even back in mendi too..ol save raun wantaim ol mama ya...ahahahah...sad....owimi..i dont think you know all their stories so try. would your papa hold your girlfriends hand in the night and walk hand in hand?..@owimi...lol
