Can you attack the bad behaviours and not the person? There are many good Sepiks out there.Stop these rot of attacking people on regionalism basis. Corruption has taken hold many people from PNG, right across Nabis and Highlands. Off course, some areas are less corrupt than others.
We need to see out own backyard b4 pointing fingers.

WANTOK SYSTEM TO SEPIKTOK SYSTEM
PM Somare is a great leader that brought us to independence, what that came or birth of Wantok System.
Today Somare has changed Wantok System to Sepik System. The last few decades saw Somare putting Sepiks as head of Departments in Government to Statuory Bodies in the country and abroad.
That makes Somare the great father of corruption too.
I hate sepiks, they are human disease in PNG, they look like carvings. I felt like vomiting when coputlating with a sepik. gash..hell\

You have a deeper attitude problem.Your personel hatred on regionalism basis will only drive you to more anger and self destruction. Conrol your emotions otherwise you mangi yet. Grow up an talk like a united PNGean. You can't argue on robust issues with out your emotions driving you mad.
We are all anti - corruption - the Moti affair, the Nasfund saga and countless public enquiries that don't end in the prosecution of the offfenders.
There are many many oppoortunities for us PNGeans to exploit and develop PNG. Most of resources like land, bush, rivers, and timber are still in our hands to use and develop PNG. NO PNGean was born from the sky, we all have a place to go to whether it is small island,or a mountain village.
PNG is still a peaceful country and for those who are willing to work hard, there are so many opportunities. All the major democratic institutions like Police, Ombudsman are still well and alive.
And off course I like every one whether you are from Pangia, Misima, Bereina, Rabaul or Manus.
Peace to you all.

You don't need to go so low to label our Sepik country men as carvings, etc. Sign of a sick mind.
Put out your anti - corruption talks in the proper language.

If you guys are for rgeionalism, then whey not we break up into 20 separate countries based on the provincial boundaries. Then The Sepiks, Hagens, Pangias, Tolais etc can go and do their own thing controling their own affairs. Bikpela banis kantri tumas na few stupid politicians and cronies are stealing. |

Kahn you. Yu pilim nau-Sepik ya!! hau bai yu save.
Well mate, if thats the way you see it, why dont you get a gun and go shoot them one by one. If not you can just sit there and cry like a little old woman.
Your argument do not come from your head but between your two legs because that is exactly where your brains are.
Sepik stap na you stap.. THANKYOU, and fark that Ambassodar or whoever is adding on to the weight gained by Sepik critics who are only bad and miserable farkin losers.
Maybe you should try harder come next General Election and clean up the mess in this country. Firstly, remove all the highlanders squatting in PortMoresby and Lae etc. they are turning our country into the world's most biggest rubbish Dump at an alarming rate.WHAT A RECORD! |

Amazing how you can put your "ideas" up, Mr Anon. Regionalism can't help anyone at all, including Sepiks. What can help is to focus on the bigger pictures, see how other countries are doing, follow the leadership of some great leaders around the globe, grasp some wisdom, read some history about positive changes, serve others with pride and dignity, forget about theft and corruption, have some goals to reach in five years as an MP or a servant in a casual work, and by then, maybe, PNG might be on a positive track to change and development.
People are looking for schools, hospitals, a job, electricity, or better roads to travel on, and that is why most flock to the cities. If these things were in our local communities, why do we need to settle in Port Moresby or Lae city for that matter? We can talk about forcing highlanders back to their provinces but that is totally impossible. They need the same "attractions" as in the cities!
We really need to change and put on some positive attitude, improve our work ethics in every sphere of our lives, stay focused on the things we plan and do, and do them effectively! I still cannot understand why we keep knighting people as Sirs, Madams, Grand Chiefs, or celebrating anniversaries for thiefing in a public offices! PNG is truely unique!

Why do you have to be so iritable and start using abusive and swear words every time you want to comment. These are words from the mind of a sick, laid back, corrupt, unproductive human being, who is good for talking but can not do anything good but toktok tasol.
You sound to be like a Sepik in real distress and needs medical or counselling very soon. A well balanced, educated, matured and civilised human being will not speak like that.
Tok nogut na tok bilas ya pasin bilong ol liklik ol druggie long street nambaut, ino bilong traipela man meri olsem mi tupela.
Please behave and speak like matured, civilized people. Refrain from using swear and abusive words. So that we all can contribute meaningfully towards any topics discussed. I, for one don't like reading messages with swear words, it pissess me off, so I just pass and go on to the next one.
You bilong hilans or nambis dosn't matter we should all be united as wan kantri, wan people. In that way we will move forward and prosper like our brother from the mountain (MM)commented earlier.

A lot of the life's lessons are derived from nature. One of nature's lesson is deception. A caterpillars prey is usually put off by the fake eye's on the caterpilars body while buying the caterpilar time to escape. I am sure you can also think of countless more of nature deceptive examples.
General human behaviour is not way to off being deceptive. Those who a strong pretend to be weak and those who are weak pretend to be strong. Most people like to talk about the accomplishment of other people while doing nothing to help themselves (Its an irony though that most high achievers tend to rather keep quiet about their achievements). The more you promote the reputation of other people the more they grow in status while yours diminishes.
Some people are preceeded by their reputation. If we brand people then they will aim to live up to these expections or aim to prove you wrong. People usually love a challenge. They thrive on it (example national high school days of 'generation names').
Most Sepiks a good citizens of PNG and will love and cheris this challenge and will aim to prove you all wrong. |

Yu Quess, you are a wise man. Contribute more to this site and we could have people think more deeper and rationally to contribute positively . We have some people with deep social, mental problems and hell bent on swearing only and branding people with all sort of names. They can't manage themselves emotionally. I wonder how they live and relate to their families with all the swearing, life must be real hell in their homes. |

Yes kantri man, we need a revolution. Some of us, we prefer a strict democracy similar to Singapore's father Lee Kuan in which he transformed his country as the commercial hub of Asia.
We have all the major institutions like Defence Force, Police, Banking and Ombudsman still alive and functioning but not to the full powers when the PM or CEO is corrupt. Cleansing must start at the top down. And more importantly, PNG must come out of the Asian Mafia like octopus which has taken hold of the Govt. Our destiny must be controlled by PNGeans not by the power of money "thru" corruption.
PNG is a vibrant country, no military coups has ever taken place and our diversity is a positive in maintaining power balance. We still have very capable govts at the provincial level; ie meaning- functioning and meeting the expectations of people.
Many of our leaders have are just seeing money and the materialistic world is sweeping them over like a wave. It will taken some time.Life is not what about a person has in materialistic gains but more of character, morals and what we can do to serve others or fellow PNGeans. There are still good leaders but they are still in their shells, they must come out and stand up and be upright to the call of national duty to serve the the poor PNGeans, ONLY then our leaders will find true achievement and purpose in life.
Give another 20 years we might have a better defined democracy with new fine tuned leaders.

Whatever you say, leave the old paps alone.. target the young Somare. All that aged above & around old Somare, had PNG at heart. For those who were born with or after young Somare have some elements of being corrupted.
So blame old paps Somare??? No, No way, blame your self.
