He is your member, he has the mandate to rule and facilitate services to beautiful Rigo. Work closely with him, tell, remind, or write to him of your expectations. You are in the Gateway to PNG, money from Donors money passes through POM b4 going to down to the other provinces. So don't stay quiet.
Keep on festering him that is his work. Em mus wokim haus sik, stretim rot bilong marasin, na bildim skul long ol bush peles.
Most of the health clinics aren't functioning or run of medicines. Why? He has to work with the relevant bodies and make sure the service machinery is working.

You all should have seen Kwikila stations in the 60s to 70s. We had a bank(s) (ANZ), reliable fuel stations, Supermarkets (probably the first supermarkets in png), A club (beer outlet) and thats where the Kwikila string band performed, One of the best high schools in png and Ano was probably one of those students than. A better court system in place.

Now Kwikila is totally run down.

Ano Pala's media campaign captured by EMTV should be replayed again, to hear his Bulls**.

Dibara F**k around for 10 years and now is Ano will be doing his bit for the next 5 years and that’s a total of 15 years waste.

Rigo people should be blamed and they are part and partial of electing a "school mangi" to represent rigo’s. We had capable and proven administrators who ran for the last election and how come Rigo saw fit to elect Ano.

Rigos better wake up and stop being prostitutes’. We have been warriors in our own right, and how come we have lowered our-selves to such “women” standards.

Barata,
Kwikila em liklik city b4 taim, mi wan bel wantaim yu. News about Kwikila was heard far and wide.

But now, corruption wave is sweeping over our polies. Money is being distributed left and right.
Memba tru tru bai tigim pipol na wokim wok. If Pala can't perform in this term you have the power in your hands through your votes to change him come next election. The best we can do is to educate our grass roots so that they vote people with morality, integrity, vision and earnest desire to serve our people.
Rigo people still have good people around.

Ano Pala???
Promises after promises ???

Starving Kwikila school gets K1m

A SECONDARY school in Central Province which does not feed its 600 boarding students lunch has been blessed with K1 million by the Somare Government.
The good news came as a surprise to the staff and students of Kwikila Secondary School in the Rigo District, about two hours drive out of Port Moresby.
Treasurer Patrick Pruaitch made the undertaking on Wednesday when launching the Rigo District office at Kwikila station, about three kilometres from where the school is located.
“I want to make a commitment on behalf of the Government (witnessed by) deputy secretary of treasury, and the finance secretary, Government is committing K1 million to Kwikila High School,” Mr Pruaitch said.
His announcement produced an aura of applause accompanied with roars and beating drums.
Minutes later, he sat down with the school’s principal, Goru Kila, at the students’ hall visibly filled with cobwebs and deteriorating bricks and timber for refreshments but apparently did not make mention of it to the principal.
After the refreshments, the Post-Courier approached Mr Kila to comment on the Treasurer’s million kina promise.
The principal was amazed and said: “I am really grateful, if that money comes by, this would be the greatest thing of all.” Asked if the school had that sort of money in its account, Mr Kila said: “That sort of money in our account, please you must be joking. No we have things like K9000 up to K21,000 then down to K11,000.”
He added the school was still waiting for a supermarket in Port Moresby to bring them about 130 bags of rice it ordered a few weeks ago.
“At the moment there’s no rice in the mess ... we are eating garden food. We really have a big problem,” he said.
“The place needs a complete overhaul. The classrooms, dormitories, the water system, staff houses and mess all need urgent maintenance. It’s no longer desperate, it’s desperate times for us,” he said.
Deputy education secretary Damien Rapese said a K134 million school subsidy had been released to schools around the country, but could not elaborate.
