Ialibu Pangia MP CorruptMay 13 2011 at 11:20 AM
Wakum Junction
I am still dumfounded as to How people of Pangai and Ialibu elected the current member Peter O'neil.
People of PNG knows he was involved in the drainage of the NFP funds amoung other corrupt deals.
I would not be surprice if large amount of money is moving out of Finance dept after he is gone.
Is there any cacaple candidate to challange Peter from the coming elections.

the thing about P.Oneil is that. People know he is corrupt but they still vote for him.
People are blind by money I guess
less of evil
May 14 2011, 1:21 PM
I agree . maybe he is less of evil between himself and those who challenged him in the past and even in the future.

I have a Feeling that many people will challange Peter in Pangia. If that is the case, the leadership will again return to Ialibu. However, there are no capable guys in Ialibu at the moment that can collect vote in Pangia unlike Roy Yaki.
People of Pangia are slowly moving away from Peter. Taste blo em i pinis now. We will see a new member by 2012 either from Ialibu or Pangia.
Money given out

A robber will advise you against robbery, a corruptor will advise you against corruption, abuser of District Support Grants will warn against such.
Minister of Finance is,strongly enforcing other MPs that, money belonging to the people must go to the people. Off course, Minister of Treasury is giving out K200k to K1Mill empty cheques to Wiru people.
Where is K10mill every year for 9 years exactly, K90 million Kina ($33Mill). Somebody tell me...
MP, Wirus have gone past and beyond your small tactics to exploit enforce human resource development to stationary.
2012 will never be same, bro.

I have notice over the last ten years that our MP has not develop any pangias to key positions within any statutory department or provincial departments even though he is in an influencal positions.
He has not given any work to any local companies within Paniga area. All local contracts given to a contractor in Mendi. I think we all know who that person is.
Pangia Investment Coroporations is an tool uesd by the MP to channel millions of kina out of electorate and into his owns hands.
Nathanial Power the failed businessman is Lae is appointed as the chairman to assist will channeling the money.
Peter will not come win this election. Its now time for change. I think we give it back to a local who understand what the people of pangia wants and need.
PETER O'NEILL & MOSES MALADINA
August 4 2011, 1:52 PM
There is something strange about these two leaders. As a citizen of Esa'ala, I hear a lot of stories about the MP Moses Maladina. Why so much funds totalling to K15.7 million during Peter O'Neil time as Finance and Treasury Minister were appoved and paid to organisations whom Moses Maladina is associted with. These monies were for Esa'ala District paid sometime in March or April 2011 intended for Construction or Purchases of a District Work Boat K6.8 million, Construction of a District Referral Hospital at Esa'ala K4.7 million and paid to Pacific International Hospital that will implement and manage the hospital once completed and (K4.2 million) for Coffee/Cocoa Rehabilitation Program in Esa'ala District that was paid to Village Industries a company soley owned by Jack Patterson (private lawyer).
What is really the problem with the current administrative machinery that Moses Maladina does not want to utilise instead opt for external implementing agencies outside the Govts establishments? We all know that such arrangements only promotes corruption and the result in the end will be that projects completed will not reflect the true value because most of the chunk has been spent on consultation fees and etc....What are waste............Both leaders must be investigated and ***** crufied....Esa'ala People to learn from this vote true blooded Esa'alan and not bloody mix races who just ***** treat us like bloody idiots and stupids........

Maladina not Esala like
August 7 2011, 3:10 PM
You must understand that Moses Maladina and Jimmy Maladina just used ther maternal relations to get into power after their failed attempts in the Mul Baiyer seats where they belong. They are full bloodied Hageners, like their brothers Wingti, Duma, Paraka, Thomas negints, Korowi, etc. Doe these names ring a bell?? They are behind some of the major thefts of public monies. The poor Milne Bay people have been conned! So dump them, get your real man or woman.

ugly side of Ialibu-Pangia electoral seat
August 7 2011, 3:43 PM
The word around is this....Ialibu-Pangia Open seat has done history Engans have time-in time-out tried and failed, and Peter Oneill should not be challenged and unseated.
Cum 2012 (11 months before elections).....majority of people in Port Moresby from Ialibu-Pangia said that, Peter Oneill has done them, SHP and Highlands proud by becoming the PM through the dark. He did the wonders and stormed to the Prime Ministers Chair by 70-24.
"No will challenge Peter Oneil in 2012". His firestorm archrival is Roy Yaki. He held senior ministerial portfolios under PDM, and even was the Opposition Leader. But since his lost - he has no chance of coming back to Waigani again. That cements Mr. Oneills return to Parliament.
I was around the Parliament carpark, someone said, "Wingti became the PM because he was(is) a clever political architect. Peter Oneil did wonders, very unbelieveable. Another person said, "whoever wants to challenge him must convince the people of Ialibu-Pangia that he will become the next Prime Minister. Otherwise no one should challenge the Prime Minister". One young man even summed it well, "no one will challenge him, just tell me who will challenge him, we will just vote Peter back to Parliament.
The ugly side of the events was that, "bai mipela kukim ol posta, kukim kar blo ol, na paitim ol sapota blo ol. Husait man trutru bai salensim Peter" ???
I am just thinking, are we moving away from democracy, respect for freedom, respect for rights, by mentally inflicted with hardcore supporter attitudes? No one has a birth-right to any public electoral seats, just let the voters decide.
Ialibu-Pangia, Kandep, Hagen Open and Wabag Open seats are now hot seats cum 2012.

We aren't moving away from democracy. We never got there in the firs place.
Peter is still a Thief
August 8 2011, 9:08 AM
People of pangia have now realise what Peter has done to the electorate for past 10 years.
The people are not stupid.
We have seen millions of kina belong to the people of pangia given out to people of other provices that have close connections to Peter.
We have noticed that Peter has not interest to appoint a pangian or ialibuan to key government posts.
Pangia Ivestment Coroporations is channeling millions of kina to Peter himself and his cronies.
Peter has given millions of Kina in cash to each house line in pangia.
But most of all we know that he was a thief in the NPF saga.
Being a prime minister does not immune him from the contest of elections. People of pangia will decide but make no mistake. He will be challanged. The bigger they are the harder they fall,,, its sweet and much more challangeing that way.
August 8 2011, 2:44 PM
So who can really challange Peter now.
Please name me one in Ialibu or Pangia
Why did you vote for peter then, YOU VOTED FOR HIM!
August 8 2011, 3:11 PM
O for Gods sake its bvious you people whinging about Peter O'niel are mates with Raphael Noipo and your just trying to slander Peter because Raphael is running for the Pnagia electorate
and because Raphael has got his own dodgy money from dodgy roads then you think your gonna get some it
whats the difference between that and those that support Peter O'nei!!!
ITS THE SAME ***** DIFFERENT CORRUPT PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I agree, why did you vote for Peter O"Niel in the first place?
August 8 2011, 4:05 PM
If you dont like Peter O'Niel, then is it because you just want Raphael Noipo in the Pangia seat so you can bleed off him?
Peter and Raphael got their money the same way!!!
They are both as bad as each other!!!!!!!!!!
I rekon we should all flip a coin on election day!!!
well Raphal does have the support of big boys of ialibu, but the questions is will he get he vote from Pangia. Thats the problem.
Re: Peter is still a Thief
August 8 2011, 5:21 PM
If Peter's NPF stealing was so important to you as you say, then why did you list all those 'political cargo cult' complaints first? It looks like your main unhappiness with him isn't the fact that he's a thief but rather, that he hasn't spread enough of his stolen cargo onto his electorate. That's a pathetic way of prioritising things which explains very well why PNG is now considered one of the top 12 corrupt countries in the entire world.
Peter is the theif and Raphale is the leaf!!!
August 8 2011, 8:27 PM
Yeah whats this "Raphael has the support of the big boys of Ialibu"?
Farking hell mate, you know damn well the "big boys" could turn on Raphael at any moment
And who are the "big boys" of Ialibu anyway? Luke "the poof" Puiye, Jacob "gimme more" Iki, or Kelly "Holy Man" Aia
None of these guys can be trusted
the whole thing if farked up
Esther Noipo STOP talking ***** about people
August 9 2011, 9:09 PM
No wonder there is so muc concern about Raphael Noipo becoming the member for Pangia, look at the way his daughter Esther has behaved and the threats and defamatory comments she has made about others
Its the family way for them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
....and it will go on in Ialibu.....
Re: Peter is still a Thief
August 9 2011, 9:34 PM
I doubt if you could find one truly honest candidate from Ialibu. They've all got the power fever and the money sickness. The only ones who want to lead are the ones who want to lead themselves to personal wealth.
Ialibu may well replace the corrupt Peter O'Neill at some point but I reckon the replacement person will be as bad or worse.
Ialibu people simply don't know how to distinguish ethical leaders from giaman corrupt leaders when they vote.
Re: Peter is still a Thief
January 11 2012, 2:39 PM
THE NEXT MEMBER FOR IALIBU PANGIA IS MR PAUL WINDI FROM MOLO VILLAGE, PANGIA DISTRICT SHP. stop all your nonsense time blonf Peter pinis and his taste is gone, people are tired they want change, enough of theives we need honest vibrant leaders.
