Vincent Mirupasi is not a candidate for the SHP provincial seat so please don't ever mention his name on this forum. He's planning to challenge Powes Parkop.

I can't think of any other words befitting these names other than;
>Novices
>Warlords
>Fraudsters
>Failures
>Incognizant
>Slow
>Mean Spirited
>Narrow Minded
>Hungry
>Lazy
>Impatient
>Creativity Impaired
>Egotistic
>Short Sighted
>Dead
>Dry
>Boring
>Under-educated
>Outcasts
>Underexperienced
Are these all that SHP can offer? If it is, then I say the battle isn't worth fighting. Every mother, father and child out there, stand up for yourself; the mystery isn't coming.

Re: Henen Kunu

Best to worst rating.
Vincent Mirupasi is the best for being a thief, stealing millions of kina from MVIL by consfiring with Dr Mua. Also he's not even worn any court battle in the court house but collects money from state on false claims.
Fred Tomo is the 2nd best for using his powers when he was the AG & directing state funds to crony law firms.
Michael Nali is the best in doing nothing for the people of Mendi Open when he was local MP for 15 years. Good at diverting state funds for his personal use.
William Powi is the best for diverting SHP funds to his personal use. No proven track record during the 8 years he was SHP Administrator.
Dr Kotapu is the best for making false medical claims with Mutual Insurance & subsequently defrauding this firm by collecting money on work he hasn't physicall done.
All the above fraudstars are all associates of the Agiru regime & the are no different to Anderson Agiru,,,,, the big time thief.
Dislike Joe Kopol, Dickson Tasi & Timothy Irinaya for being with people in SHP. SHP are with these 3 men so tell your thieves not to even try nominating. Mark my words, one of this man will win the SHP Governor seat.

Past or Present Tribal Fighting Zones should not Produce Governors
I have observed that in the SHP the people in east wiru, ialibu, imbongu proper in the Ialibu area, upper Mendi and, lower Mendi, erave/samberigi people maintain a commonsense and peaceful existance in their societies. the rest of SHP are war zones. When sir wiwa Korowi was regional mp much happened with little.
I really think the above areas should come up with governors.
Who is contesting from Pangia, Upper Mendi, Ialibu, Lower Mendi, o Erave-Sambo?
Is Timothy Irineya from Ialibu, Kagua Erave o Pangia?

Starting from High School, Timothy Irinaya was the dux student of Kagua High School. He was selected to Kerevat National High School but unfortunately he didn't complete his education due to students' unrest. Timothy Irinaya returned to SHP & completed his studies with UPNG Open Campus. He entered UNITECH & spend a year there. After that, he went & studied at the University of New South Wales in Sydney under AusAID scholarship.
After attaining his Mining Engineering Degree in 2000 & after workig with BHP Billitn for a while in Queensland, Timothy Irinaya returned to PNG & worked with ANZ Bank as a Business Banking Analyst. He left ANZ Bank & joined Ok Tedi Mine as a Mining Engineer. He then moved on to Port Moresby to work with a mining & geological consultancy firm. Then Timothy Irinaya moved to Porgera to work with PJV where he was leading engineer looking after underground engineering.
Timothy Irinaya was later attracted by Lihir Gold Mine to be its Drill & Blast Engineer. Whilst he was on that job, InterOil Corporation offered him a lucrative package. He then moved onto becoming a drilling engineer with InterOil Corporation. He got further petroleum engineering training whilst being an engineer with InterOil Corporation. Timothy Irinaya managed the project that discovered Elk 1 in Baimuru District.
Timothy Irinaya left InterOil Corporation & joined Mineral Resources Authority where he was appointed Senior Inspector of Mines for PNG. Whilst he was with MRA, a mining firm offered him big pay & so he left MRA to become the General Manager of Eddie Creek Mine in Wau, Morobe Province.
Timothy Irinaya then got attracted by the LNG Project when he was offered Managing Director position by Kikori LNG Pipeline Landowners. Timothy Irinaya is the Managing Director of this firm.
Timothy Irinaya is currently also running his private firm. Whilst being a comapny executive & a private businessman, Timothy Irinaya is studying part time at UPNG doing Executive Masters in Business Administration. Timothy Irinaya is a fully registered mine manager after he set examination set by PNG Government to approve his certification.
Timothy Irinaya is also currently the Executive Director of PNG Indigenous Business Council. Timothy Irinaya is also on the National Working Group on Improving PNG Economy & this committee is composed of PNG Economic Ministers as well as their departmental secretaries and the Chief Secretary plus World Bank & IMF PNG Coutry Manager, Executive Directors of PNG Chamber of Commerce & PNG Chamber of Mines & Petroleum.
If you think Timothy Irinaya can lead SHP & deliver most needed services to our people, you go for him.
Can we publish other candidates' bio data.

The bio data is very colour ful and I admire him for that. However, SHP people don't know him yet so it will be advice able if he waits another 5 more yrs to be known. Also for some wisdom to be added because save is attained but wisdom is god given as you grow older. This 2 go hand in hand.
In the mean time, tell him to work closely with who ever becomes the governor with his colourful decorations rather than rolling from job to job because as the saying goes "a rolling stone gathers no moss," he holds no substance by his continious rollings.

Re: Eastern end

Timothy Irinaya is not a rolling stone. He's moved from position to position as he was offered higher jobs. Not like people move from similar position from one organisation to another. SHP should be proud of this young vibrant leader.
I think the very interesting thing for Timothy Irinaya is his diverse knowledge of every industry that affects our province. He's better trained & more qualified than all the othe known SHP Governor seat intending candidates.
Apsi, you should tell the oldies who are intending to contest SHP seat to come at the back of Timothy Irinaya & support him by playing advisory roles. Parliament is not a retirement camp. We need qualified young leaders to lead SHP.

Leaders in tribal fights are never bad as you persive. Infact, tribal fihts reer and produce fine leaders with open mind, who are vigilant and able to battle and with wider understanding. They are also full of wisdom. Fights destroys physical properties and social harmony but builts spiritual and mental well being.
AS the saying goes "slow running water runs deep" most people from your choice of areas are likely to fall into this cartegory
Chose sombody from a battle field area and he will battle for you.

Joe Kopol's bio data
January 23 2012, 6:55 AM
Can Apsi or any of Joe Kopol's supporters publish this person's bio data.
Joe Kopol
January 23 2012, 8:41 AM
Joe Kopol is an uncle of mine. He is a fraudstar (esp land grabs with connections in Lands Dept, thats how he makes millions with no sweat); warlord; tribal leader. SHP funds will be depleted in 3 months when elected as Governor.
Timothy Irinaya, from his bio data, seemed to have jumped jobs more frequently than a normal professional. May be higher the job and pay he may have hopped but thats an impression of a desperate and unsatisfying person who thinks will find the pasture but none is green enough. We need leaders who are committed and become master of a trade, we don't need job hoopers.
Fred Tomo may be fine as long as the Nipas do not capitalize again and taint him like they did to Mune & Yawari. It is was to be centralized, a better choice among the devils would be Michael Nali for Governor. Nali is also a devil but when everyone is a devil whom can you trust. For the comfort of all in West, Central & East lets try Nali. I don't think he will be that bad and arrogant. I have no personal connections to him, its just a suggestion.
I think the Governorship should stay in Mendi.

For those of you who are not exposed to the mining & petroleum industry, it's normal for mining & petroleum engineers to move from firm to firm as long as they are within the same industry. Can't you see that Timothy Irinaya is a master of his trade as he's been elevated to very senior positions within his industry.
Timothy Irinaya is the best qualified person to be governor for SHP.
For your infor, I'm Michael Nali's relative & I just had a discussion with him last weekend & he's confirmed to contest Mendi Open.
Mendis & Nipas, we had enough so give chance to Kaguans.
