The 3 tier system of Govt has not worked. LLG's are powerless, the Prov Govt Model appears to be ineffective in many ways..........the National Govt system and the operators of the system (Elected Representatives and UNELECTED hangers-on)just does not appear to measure up to peoples expectations. So is there another option to consider.

Should we consider adapting State Govts as a way to govern our lives and co-exist within the rest of PNG.

Should the National Constitution be relied upon anymore...is it any longer applicable to our present state of affairs......Is the National Government a PEOPLE'S GOVT (Of the people,By the People,For the People)or a LEADER'S ONLY GOVT.

The Papuan region or Papuans (excluding SHP)should break away from the rest of this land mass call PNG.

Our way of life differs from the others and to make it worse their way of life is fueled by the behaviour of there so called leaders and we have just had a gutful, feel embarrased to be part of this lot.

Forget state govts, we need to break away from all the rubbish that's going on......inap nau.
