I don't think any of the candidates are even close to winning, even Dr Waine is well down the ranks in votes for Simbu Provincial seat.

Will the honest, ethical Stars Alliance MP join the corrupt O'Neill or the Thieving Namah?

July 26 2012, 2:21 PM

Sam Basil is not alone. Let's watch to see what another supposedly honest and ethical political party and its member will do when it comes time to form the government.

They COULD be a middle bencher, not aligning with either side but don't bet on it. Money will talk, even to the supposedly honest amongst us (in other countries it is not so hopeless to find a truly honest pollie but in PNG it seems impossible).
