Peter O'Neill and his PNC party had most MPs elected and re-elected based on his party policies which seem to address most of the populations' cries and hardships. People has spoken through the the ballots as the nation witnessed. He had always maintained that people were his priority. That he has convinced all.

But the recent political development taking place is beginning to point to a different direction. That is the way I am seeing it. He is now in bed with the very people the majority disapproved of. One would wonder what the reason is for this sudden turn of heart. Their main reason being in bed together was for the good of the people, stable government, economy, etc.

Since PNC was the people's choice as we have all seen, one would only wonder where the "people" ideology disappeared to leaving "my" to team up with "choice". Since many of our current leaders all have tainted pasts, the few clean leaders are suppressed to the point they only want to concentrate on their electorates more than the national affairs. This brings to mind the question, was it the people's choice for the current coalition?

People were always the spectators watching from the sideline although parliamentarian claim we are part of it. So what happens to all the constitutional chaos we all witnessed 10 months ago? Think that will become a forgive and forget thing now.

Reputations of people holding tops posts were tainted when the division was created by the factions claiming to be legitimate. What happens to these people, now that the very people who have caused all this are featured prominently smiling and shaking hands in the daily papers.

Only time will tell as we play the waiting game to see what the real motives were (if there was others than the ones the O'Neill team claim to base on) for this coalition.

Many of the MPs elected were NOT the people's choice but the result of fraud. This included many PNC "winnders". The thieves are smiling. They continue to rule PNG and still have access to the LNG monies that will start flowing in in 2014. That's what this election was all about, who's going to control and use the newfound PNG wealth.
