Ruby's costumes really sucked - too loose 4 her! Compare her with the nurse costume in Qin Sheng Sheng Yu Mong Mong - she looked good with not so loose costumes. I was thrilled when the first episode was shown with such a big star cast but was disappointed when most of the names that appeared on screen at the end of each episode are only guest stars. Damn!! Anita Yuen was good, just that it's too bad she was around for 2 or 3 episodes only. Dicky Cheung (Yu Chan Monk) was also good and funny and first - who would have thought that he is actually a villain! This series is entertaining but the kung fu scenes were CHILDISH!!
I remembered looking forward to the fight between Yu Chan Monk and CLH, only to be disappointed when Yu Chan deliberately ate CLH's flying dagger and said something like CLH's flying dagger is good. The final episode left me fuming in disgust because it reminded me of Ultraman vs Dinasaur!! Xue Siu Yan looked set to have defeated CLH and Xue Ho Yan when suddenly CLH and Xue Ho Yan mastered the 14th stance and blowed the ultimate villain to bits - with such ease!!
However, this series has its touching moments, especially when Gigi Lai (So Yung Yung) died in CLH's arms, when Mark Cheng (Xue Yi Yan) died so elegantly and when ?? (so many ppl died!)
Overall this series is satisfying and i rate it 4/5
